The sun shone, the local choir sang, schoolchildren cheered and
a shower of fireworks rained down on the water as the Wheel turned
slowly with the Olympic Torch carried aloft the two thirds scale
puffer, The Maryhill. If you enjoyed today or couldn't make it
along, don't forget our tenth anniversary celebrations on Saturday
7th July. 'Wheel 10' will feature an exciting programme
of on water and land activities, music and dance.
Its shaping up to be a great summer to visit The Falkirk
Wheel.
